How long does the popcorn stay fresh for? All of our popcorn is made and packaged fresh and will last over 3 weeks in the twist tie bags. For best results keep out of the sun, and store in a cool dry place. Our heat seal bags, tins and tubes lock in freshness and popcorn will stay fresh for 3 months.
Is the popcorn Gluten Free? Most of our flavors do not contain gluten. However, please contact us to ask about ingredient list and gluten free options. Please note that some of our ingredients in our facility do come from a facility that processes wheat.
Nut Allergy? We do not process any nuts in our facility, however some of our ingredients come from a facility that processes tree nuts.
Vegan options? Unfortunately, our popcorn is not vegan. We use butter in all of our flavors.

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 days after product is received. If 5 days have passed since receiving your product, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return and refund, there must be a legitimate reason for dissatisfaction. Please contact us to review refund request.
Non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have reviewed request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refundsIf you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
